Concert Assistance

Our summer concert series depends on the support of volunteers who help create a warm and seamless experience for audiences. Opportunities include:

• Usher/Greeter/Ticket Collector – Welcome audience members, collect tickets, hand out programs, and assist with seating.

• Park Concert Assistance – Help at our free Mid’s Park performances by handing out programs, selling raffle tickets, or providing audience support.

• Hospitality – Provide refreshments and connect with patrons to build community spirit.

Administrative Support

Behind-the-scenes support helps the Sinfonietta run smoothly all year long. Opportunities include:

• Office Support – Help with mailings, envelope stuffing, and other administrative projects.

• Marketing Distribution – Deliver brochures, posters, and flyers to local businesses and organizations.

Consultant Services

Share your professional knowledge or talents to help the Sinfonietta thrive. Areas of interest may include marketing or graphic design, fundraising strategy, event planning, education or community engagement, technical or production assistance, or more!

Fundraising Assistance

Fundraising is a critical part of the Sinfonietta’s annual budget and fundraising volunteers play a vital role in helping us sustain our orchestra for future generations. Ways to support include:

• Fundraising Events – Assist with planning, coordinating, or volunteering at Sinfonietta fundraising events.

• Host a Friend-Raiser – Organize a small gathering in your home or community to introduce new friends to the Sinfonietta.
