From lakeside concerts in Lake Placid's Mid’s Park, to performances across the Adirondack region, we strive to make classical music accessible, vibrant, and meaningful for audiences of all ages.

Each summer, the Lake Placid Sinfonietta presents a vibrant season of concerts that celebrate both tradition and innovation. From longstanding masterworks of the orchestral repertoire to exciting new compositions, our performances bring neighbors, community members, and visitors together in shared musical experiences. Free outdoor concerts in Mid’s Park welcome a more casual atmosphere (with some known to enjoy from the view of their kayaks and canoes!), while ticketed performances and educational programs invite audiences to discover, reflect, and connect with the music in a more formal setting.
