Lisa D’Alessandro leads Parkview Management Corp with a deep commitment to quality, community, and family legacy. She began her career with the company in 1989, working alongside her father, James Canino, the visionary developer behind Parkview Towers—New Jersey’s first Section 8 housing development—along with Clock Towers, Excel on the Hudson, and 140 Prospect.
From her early days as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant, Lisa learned every aspect of the business firsthand, including but not limited to preserving and protecting affordable housing in NJ.
Under Lisa’s direction, Parkview Management Corp has evolved into a thriving, women-owned company that continues to honor its roots while embracing modern innovation. Together with her daughter, Lisa is proud to continue her family’s legacy—managing properties that provide not only quality housing but also a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
